I also love growing Engineers and Managers by pushing them to constantly challenge themselves. I enjoy building high performing engineering teams/organizations and creating a healthy environment where people feel excited to come do their best work. I’ve also worked with Data and ML for 8+ years and during that time, I've successfully leveraged Data and Machine Learning to solve problems across Marketing optimization, ad targeting, payments, subscription, fraud and product/content recommendation. I have 4+ years experience managing cross functional Engineering teams.
